With a shortage of referees throughout Florida, FCFC has actively encouraged its players to take up the challenge of being a referee.  Learning what it is like from the 'other side', understand the rules and be able to enforce them in a game environment and ultimately help them become better players in the process.

Our players have risen to that challenge and many are now qualified referees serving our club and those surrounding us.
